ANIMAELO — TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern product sales through the Animaelo online store. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. Products
Essential product characteristics are presented on the relevant product pages. Photographs and illustrations are for presentation and may differ slightly without affecting essential product characteristics.

4. Prices
Applicable prices are those displayed on the website when the order is placed. The total price is shown before final payment confirmation.

5. Orders
Customers must check the information provided before confirming an order. Order confirmation is sent to the email address provided. Animaelo may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law, including suspected fraud, manifest error, or inability to fulfill the order.

6. Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. An order is validated after payment is confirmed.

7. Delivery
Animaelo currently ships to France, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Standard shipping is free in served areas. Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for details.

8. Withdrawal rights and returns
Where applicable law provides, including for European Union consumers, customers benefit from a statutory withdrawal right. For EU consumers, the period is generally 14 days from receipt, subject to legal exceptions. See our Return and Refund Policy. These provisions do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

9. Damaged, defective or nonconforming products
