Delivery destinations

Animaelo currently ships to the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Australia.

Shipping fees

Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders in the countries served by Animaelo.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days after your order has shipped. These are estimates and may occasionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including peak periods, customs procedures, public holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions.

Order processing

Processing time may be required after an order is placed and before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Order tracking

When a tracking number is available, it will be emailed to you so you can track your shipment.
